Lviv region is one of the key Ukrainian regions providing shelter for internally displaced persons, who left their homes due to Russian military intervention in Ukraine. Communal enterprise "Skole Inclusive-Resource Center" of Skole Municipal Council does not sit idle, but supports everyone in need, asking for help.  Specialists (consultants) of the inclusive-resource center have been providing psychological aid to children and adult internally displaced persons.

On April 29, 2022, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved changes to the Provision on inclusive-resource centers concerning the extension of number of tasks for the period of martial law. The new tasks of inclusive-resource centers included: systemic qualified follow-up of individuals with special educational needs, who were forced to change their place of residence (stay), and informational support to parents of children with special educational needs. The Provision also foresees the creation of the conditions for psychological support of children, experiencing psychological trauma. During the period of martial law, specialists of the inclusive-resource center provide corrective-development services to all children with special educational needs, in particular on a remote basis. Additionally, the changes promote the creation of the proper conditions for persons, accompanying groups of internally-displaced persons, and requiring additional support for addressing inclusive-resource centers.

Generally, psychological aid was provided to many children and adults. We fight for Ukrainian children on a psychological front to see hope and strength in their eyes. We work for our common happy future, and we are increasingly convinced that the unity of the world is our strength.

   Good deeds are done quietly...

Great respect for people, who stay nearby and do their best for our common victory over the enemy and injustice.

Such people are Andriy STANKO and Marta KOLANKO, about whose work we will be able to talk only after the victory...

A professional film crew of young, ambitious graduates of Ivan Karpenko-Kary Kyiv National University of Theater, Film and Television -  Anton CHYSTIAKOV, Roman KRASNOSHCHOK, Ivan SHOHA, Mykola SHCHEPOTIN came to us from Kyiv and Odesa to film "We are at Home", produced by British film production company Raspberry Films. According to Roman, they became witnesses of the fight and will of little heroes, who found the courage to transform tragedy into possibility: "Thanks to you, unknown obtained a face, and the estranged has become very own".

There are people from Great Britain who are not ignorant of our fate, and without whose idea, great work, and financial support we would not have managed to show ourselves to the whole world. And even their children, the large treasure of each nation, together with us. Their humanity, sincere heart, and understanding of problems instill faith in tomorrow. We are sincerely grateful to Edward Knight for his little heart beating in unison with millions of heart of Ukrainian children.

   That’s how it all began.

In February 2023 CEO of the company Kayleigh-Paige Rees with Jonathan Knight, an army veteran who served with the King's Troop Royal Horse Artillery for 22 years with fifteen as the unique ceremonial unit's Master Tailor and founded Knights Tailoring in 2007, visited Skole, Slavske and Kozova territorial communities to meet different families. They were very impressed by the bravery, solidarity, and positive thinking of the people they met despite the circumstances being completely out of their control. In particular Ukrainian children, who at such a young age have experienced loss and instabilities. Every person they talked to had an individual inspiring story, deserving to be heard. So we really wanted to provide these innocent people with the possibility to express their feelings. World mass media share actual information, although a large part of the world cannot imagine the consequences and tragedies, people faced living in a country in a state of war. We are sure that by showing this we will be able to continue support via charitable organizations and increase it for those in need.

Before continuing we want to tell you about the causes of our huge desire to create this documentary. Kayleigh-Paige Rees - CEO of Raspberry Films, always strived to study and show real images of mental health and the complexities of humanity in mass media. In 2022 they shot a documentary studying state shortenings of the creative art in Great Britain which was later shown in their parliament. As a young woman in the sphere, she strives to get attention from those, who do not have such a possibility.

Film project "We are at Home" is in progress now. It directly relates to one of the ideas of the documentary, and indicates that home is not just a point on the map, but what you feel being with people who love you. Internally displaced persons, who stay in Ukraine, in their motherland, in villages are well-described. From the beginning of the large-scale intervention, Ukrainians protect their families and break all the arguments of Russian aggressors, who have attacked our home. The theme of the film - the future.

It is about the future generation, the future of the country, and future victory. It depicts children's tireless chase of happiness in places, where adults would give up. Our children got serious adult eyes because of the war, and we should heat with warmness and love the heart of every child.
